We want every artist to feel good about booking with us. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back from A Social Movement Promotions (“A.S.M. Promotions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your signed service agreement may include additional terms for your project.
The short version: cancel before we start work and you get a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Once work has started, payments are not refundable. Ad spend is paid to Meta, not to us.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin working on your project, we will refund what you paid, minus a $50 processing fee. If your payment was less than $50, the processing fee is limited to the amount you paid. Work begins when we start on any part of your project, for example by reviewing your profiles, writing your plan, editing content, setting up ads, or ordering prints.
2. After work starts
Once work has started, payments are not refundable, because our time and materials have already gone into your project. This includes rush delivery fees and add-ons.
3. Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or another advertising platform, usually on your own card. We do not receive or control your ad spend, so we cannot refund it. Any refund or credit for ad spend is up to the platform and its own policies.
4. Printed materials and street promotion
For the Street Pack and other street promotion, flyers and other printed materials cannot be refunded once they have been ordered or printed.
5. Monthly plans
Monthly Growth and Growth Plus plans have a 3-month minimum. After the minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by email or text. Monthly payments already made are not refundable. You will not be charged for any month after your cancellation takes effect.
6. Split payments
If you choose to split the Single Launch package into two payments, the second payment is still due as listed in your agreement once work has started.
7. Results and platform decisions
Refunds are not given because a campaign did not reach a certain number of streams, followers, or views, because results are never guaranteed. Refunds are also not given when Meta or another platform rejects or limits an ad. If an ad is rejected, we will suggest a clean edit when possible.
8. If we cannot deliver
If we cancel your project or cannot deliver a service we agreed to, you will receive a full refund for the part of the service we did not deliver, with no processing fee.
9. Upgrades
If you upgrade to a bigger package within 30 days, what you already paid counts toward the new package. Upgrade credits are not cash refunds.
10. How to request a refund
Email info@asmpromotions.com, call (888) 341-9982, or text (912) 717-9800 with your name, the package you bought, and the date you paid. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to fix the problem.
