Text messaging privacy: We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every type of information sharing described in this policy.

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, artist name, social media handles, song or streaming links, release dates, budget, and anything else you share through our booking form, by email, by text, by phone, or by direct message.
- Booking and payment information: when you book through HoneyBook, HoneyBook and its payment processors collect your billing details. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Text message information: your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out history, and the content of messages you send us.
- Campaign information: materials you send us, such as music, artwork, and video, and any ad account access you grant us to run your campaign.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider and the font services we use may receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this Site.

- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of you, us, or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
None of the sharing above includes your mobile number or text message opt-in data and consent. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text messaging provider processes your number only to deliver messages on our behalf.
4. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or reply HELP for help.
- Email: ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email info@asmpromotions.com to ask for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices and signed agreements, for legal or tax reasons.
