Before you book
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Our prices are our service fee. You pay Meta directly on your own card, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes. Each package lists its minimum ad spend.
How fast can you start?
Most quick-turn services are delivered in 24 hours to 7 days. The Drop Starter is live within 48 hours of getting your song and content. Need it faster? Add rush delivery for $150.
Do you guarantee streams or followers?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We run real campaigns and real street promo, and we report every result honestly. We never use bots or fake streams.
How does payment work?
Quick-turn services, starter packages and event promo are paid upfront. Single Launch can be paid in full or split 50/50. Monthly plans auto-pay on the 1st.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund before work starts, minus a $50 processing fee. Once work begins, payments aren't refundable. Read the full refund policy.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, give 30 days' notice to cancel.
What if Meta rejects my ad?
Meta sometimes rejects ads with explicit lyrics or imagery. We'll suggest a clean edit, but approvals are Meta's call.
Do you work with artists outside Atlanta?
Yes for ads, which we can run for any U.S. city. Street team promo is Atlanta-only for now.
I'm under 18. Can I still book?
Yes. A parent or guardian just needs to sign the agreement.
